All rates displayed on the website are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.

Rates may change without notice; confirmed bookings will not be affected.

Payments may be processed through secure third-party payment providers. Zomerlust does not store full credit card details on its own systems unless required for lawful operational purposes.

Additional charges may apply for:

  • late departures,

7. Cancellations & Refunds

In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, pandemics, labour disputes, or events beyond our reasonable control, Zomerlust reserves the right to cancel or amend bookings where necessary.

Standard check-in and check-out times will be communicated at the time of booking.

Early arrivals and late departures are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Guests may be required to present valid identification upon check-in.

9. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, other guests, and the property.

Zomerlust reserves the right to refuse accommodation or remove guests from the property without refund where conduct is deemed:

  • illegal;

  • unsafe;

  • threatening;

  • or damaging to the property or reputation of the establishment.
